Career Growth
“BAYWA taught me that my dreams were valid and achievable.”
Rosemary, a 22-year-old mother of two, joined BAYWA’s tailoring and fashion design program with little more than hope. Struggling to provide for her family, she seized the opportunity to learn a skill that could change her life. Today, Rosemary runs her own tailoring business, creating beautiful, custom-made designs. She now supports her children’s education and is mentoring two other young women in her community.

Transforming Communities: Josephine’s Vision
“I want every young girl to believe she can achieve anything.”
Josephine, a teacher, collaborated with BAYWA to bring artistic workshops to girls in her rural community. Through these workshops, over 50 girls learned to express themselves through painting and crafts. Josephine’s efforts, supported by BAYWA, have sparked a local movement to promote arts education as a tool for empowerment.
